I'll Build a Stairway

I like the way that the sky is chopped into hundreds of rectangles; broken into bits by harsh bold black bars. And yet one is still able to see the colors of the sky and the big picture of the sky just as well as if it weren't there. It is also entertaining that the black starts out solid at the bottom of the picture and as one follows it to the top of the picture there are less and less bars until we are left with the bare sky.
