Barney & Bee
I'm opening a show down in the third ward that is set in a house. It has lime green shag carpeting, baby blue walls and dark amber brown trim that covers the lower half of the walls. The lights used onstage is a very light color and for the majority of instruments I question whether or not there are any gels in them. There are however and abundance of frost that takes the place of most gels and while it doesnt change to color and look of the space, when the stage lights are on, it is noticably warmer. The colors have amber, yellow and brown in them. This gives off a feeling of welcome, calming..a safe space where nothing bad will happen, and theat is exactly what the space turns out to be.
